01What it is

Ladder Academy teaches people to build real software with AI tools, not just chat with them. Learners go from a spec to a deployed project, with tests, logs, GitHub and code review along the way. It is taught by Manoj Prabhakar through live build sessions and private mentorship.

02Programs

  • AI Coding Foundations. From unclear prompts to a real app the learner understands, can explain and keeps improving.
  • Professional AI Builder. A disciplined repo workflow with agents: plan before prompting, review agent output, ship safer changes.
  • Private Build Mentorship. Bring an idea or a stuck project, leave with a clearer architecture, working features and a path to deploy.
  • AI Builders Club. Weekly live builds, project reviews and workflow upgrades with a community of builders.

03How it teaches

Every session follows the same loop: plan, prompt, code, review, ship. Learners work in a real editor with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and ChatGPT, then push to GitHub, deploy and read the logs. The focus is judgement: catching hallucinated code, rejecting bad abstractions and not wasting context.

The workflow taught at Ladder Academy is the one our team uses on client builds. Teaching it in public keeps us sharp, and it is part of why our projects reach production instead of stalling at the demo.
